Here are some pictures that I took from my Fieldwork when I was in college. The pictures took place in Pekon (Village) of Pahmungan, Pesisir Tengah Sub-district Lampung Barat District, Lampung Province, Indonesia. Lampung is the southern province in Sumatra Island.
Pesisir Tengah region very famous as producer of
Shorea Javanica's rosin or 'damar mata kucing' in local term. Damar is local name for
Shorea javanica. The land that used for Shorea Javanica called 'Repong Damar'.
